Accommodation
All bookings are conditional upon an accompanying payment of 50% non-refundable deposit if we cannot re-let, with the balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let, but a refund of the deposit cannot be guaranteed.
Personal cheques or banker’s drafts drawn on a British bank account will be accepted. Any extras must be settled prior to departure. We accept cash, cheque and most major credit cards.
Amhuinnsuidhe Castle:
In the event of damage being caused to either the fabric or the contents of the castle, guests will be held responsible and charged in full for the necessary repairs and, if appropriate, replacements.
Dogs must at all times be kept under their owner’s control and are confined to the ground floor cloakrooms and fishing room. They are not allowed in any of the other public areas or in the bedrooms.
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 15. All young persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult whilst visiting the castle and must remain under parental supervision at all times.
Use of the Steinway grand piano and the billiard table is at the castle management’s sole discretion.
Morsgail Lodge :
In the event of damage being caused to either the fabric or the contents of the lodge, guests will be held responsible and charged in full for the necessary repairs and, if appropriate, replacements.
Dogs must at all times be kept under their owner’s control and are confined to the fishing room. They are not allowed in any of the other areas or in the bedrooms. Guests also have the use of a kennel by the lodge.
Hamanavay House:
In the event of damage being caused to either the fabric or the contents of Hamanavay House, guests will be held responsible and charged in full for the necessary repairs and, if appropriate, replacements.
Dogs must at all times be kept under their owner’s control and are confined to the drying room. They are not allowed in any of the other areas or in the bedrooms. Guests also have the use of a kennel by the lodge.
Castle Cottage, Jetty Cottage and Leosavay Cottage:
In the event of damage being caused to either the fabric or the contents of the cottage, guests will be held responsible and charged in full for the necessary repairs and, if appropriate, replacements.
We regret that no pets are allowed in any of the cottages.

Delivery
Delivery charges vary according to item and destination.
Shipping information
Orders sent within the UK should arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch, except for outlying areas, and orders sent overseas will usually arrive within a week of dispatch. Very small items may be sent by post but will always require to be signed for.
Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We cannot process orders to P.O. Box addresses unless by specific arrangement – please contact us by telephone on +44 (0) 1851 672 228
